Man if the there is one thing I loathe doing it is buying tires for your MX bike hauler. Whether it be a van, truck or trailer tires a an expense that I can do without. But on the other hand with gas at $4.00 plus a gallon in many areas, tires can help reduce that fuel bill. Many tires offer lower “rolling resistance” that means it takes less gas (fuel for the diesel trucks). One thing I keep in mind is that I hate to get stuck in the pits. My closest local track pit area turns into a greasy mud swamp when it gets a small amount of rain and tires with good tread are a must to avoid getting stuck.
